You’ll report directly to the publisher and lead the circulation effort of the daily Napa Valley Register, and three community weeklies: the Calistogan, St. Helena Star, and American Canyon Eagle. These are the leading print publications in the Napa Valley and are the undisputed best source for news about the communities they serve. A strong background in circulation sales, promotions and departmental operations is a must. At least three years in a management role is required. Someone who is now a CD at a smaller or same size paper….or someone who is in a number 2 or 3 spot with a larger paper would be perfect for this role. We need a person with a hands-on, open management style who is not afraid to roll up his/her sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done. If you can demonstrate an unbending dedication to subscriber retention through exceptional customer service and the know-how to initiate creative, targeted, effective new programs to capture new readers in both home delivery and single copy – we want to talk to you ASAP.
