American Newspaper Solutions (ANS) has an immediate opening for an experienced circulation/distribution manager to direct delivery operations of newspaper products in the Mobile area. Responsibilities include recruiting, contracting and training independent contractors to distribute product to individual households; recruiting, hiring and training verification personnel and warehouse staff; assist with the processing of distribution operations; establishing home delivery routes and schedules; accountability of product; and other duties as assigned.

The successful candidate must have leadership experience, excellent customer service skills and the ability to react quickly to unanticipated events and multi-task. Must have the ability to effectively interact and communicate with Independent Contractors and the public. Excellent written and verbal skills are required, along with excellent PC skills (Microsoft Excel and Word) and the ability to adapt to learn digital and electronic equipment that comprise our state-of-the-art distribution technology.
Experience in newspaper circulation or other home delivery operations preferred.

Salary Range: $30k - $40k
